Delivery

Domestic Shipping

 

  • Items will be delivered to the address specified by you. We Deliver Island wide and a delivery cost will be added to the total order value. Delivery within Urban areas will take 5 - 7 business days & Rural areas will take 7 - 14 business day.

 

International Shipping 

 

  • We do deliver internationally. However certain Countries we may not be added into our international shipping method due to address based charges & Taxes. For international delivery please contact our customer care to get an international shipping quote.

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

  • Please note that customs duties may be charged when the order reaches its destination country & These taxes are required to be paid by the recipient and are not the responsibility of Xu Fashions.

  • Customs policies and charges will vary from country to country

Return & Refund

How to Return and Exchanges

  • Accessories Items No Exchange And Refund. Until Unless Faulty.

  • You have 30 days to exchange an item from the date you received it. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • Item must be in the original packaging. 

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item.

  • On Clearance Items: No Exchange and No Refund.

Cancellation of an Order

​

  • Cancellation of an order will happen when there are no stocks available on the respective product and the Customer Care will inform you in such instances and arrange a refund or a replacement.

  • Your order could be cancelled due to unavailability of the item, the wrong product being advertised or the wrong price being advertised.

Confirmation of Order

  • Once the payment has been made you will receive an email for confirming the item you have purchased.
